Auto wale bhaiya are the life line of Delhi Ncr..i know that always if am out somewhere that one auto wala bhaiya will drive into my way 5 mins down the road & take me home safely. There are different varieties in this breed, good wala, bad wala, challu wala, dumb wala, speed racer wala, crazy wala, chatter box wala, over smart wala, female wale, honest wala (god bless his soul), advising wala, dawae suggest karne wala, delhi ke history batane wala, & list goes on..i met them ALL ! But thanks to my stars i met mostly good wala.
If ure conversent with autos, why do u think u never get an auto when ure late for office? or u need to reaally reeallly get to sum place real fast. When u dont need them & u just walkin to ure house late evenin after a exhuating day in office which started with ure boss yellin why ure late? then 5-7 auto walas will literally shout at u "madam jee kaha jana haiiiiiiiiiiiiii" ! Mmmppph ! where the heck were u in the moring u moron!
There is one peculiar behavioural pattern that i noticed of auto wala gang, is that if u did ever the mistake of being little friendly & talk to them they would start off on & on & on & on about world history to the shoes that he wears .. Kissi ne tumse pucha ?? nahiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii chup ho jao chup ho jaoooooooooo!! aaahhhhh !!!!!!!!! its like i released the Chat Monster ! GAWD !!
Do u know? There are locations where auto wala is king of the universe. The ones at ansal plaza,GK m block market & Green park dont have autos but posh merc cuz they charge u like twice! & would look at u like ure scum if u said a lesser amount ! i swear... try it! Oh & do u know if ure lucky u would spot a lady auto WALE at ansal plaza.. she's one tough cookie i say.
Do u know? U wont get an auto easily between 4-5 pm cuz they are finishing their shifts .. yup if the auto wala dont own the auto then they work for a 'malik' & they choose either morning or evening shifts..well thats info u mate.
Delhi autowalas have heart, but if u ever go to banglore beware ..they are scary over there..yup its true..oh & better just travel by cab in hyderbad!
